Kia ora and welcome to NZEI Te Riu Roa's Principals' Kit.
This latest version of the Kit has been updated during 2009 by the NZEI Principals' Council, based on feedback and information from many principals. It aims to give you tools to help deal with issues that arise regularly for principals.
NZEI recognises the key leadership role principals play in their school, the wider community and within NZEI. Along with this Kit, we provide dedicated principal support officers in each region of the country - experienced NZEI staff who know about the tough challenges you face on a daily basis.
Professional resources such as NZEI's Connected Curriculum DVD resource are also available online.
